Returns & Refunds

At ALCIERO, every order is prepared with care to ensure a quality experience.

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return a product.

To be accepted, the product must be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• returned with its original packaging

After validation of the request, return instructions will be sent by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an order error or defective product.

Once the product is received and checked, the refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase.

ALCIERO reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions mentioned above are not met.
