The products offered on the site are leather wallets marketed under the ALCIERO brand.

Prices are indicated in the currency selected by the customer (CHF or EUR), including all applicable taxes, excluding any delivery charges, import taxes, or customs duties depending on the destination.

Delivery is free in Switzerland. Delivery charges may apply for international orders depending on the destination country.

Any order confirmed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Payment is made online using the payment methods available at the time of placing the order. The order is considered confirmed after payment validation.

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The communicated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination or logistical conditions.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order, including the delivery address and contact details.

Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or import fees applied by the destination country. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
